Esther Beard Esther Beard, 87, formerly of the Epping-Springbrook area and Williston, died on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2009, at the Tioga Long Term Care, Tioga. Her funeral service is at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009, at the Faith United Methodist Church, Williston. The Rev. Rod Tkach is officiating. Interment is in the family lot at the Riverview Cemetery, Williston.
