Most people desire to parent well, but it is a challenge. In this clear and engaging seminar, take a peek into today’s culture, discuss three “moves” that make a difference and explore seven RGR’s (real good responses).
This seminar is for all parents, and although the seminar discusses some issues for teenagers, the discussion are on a broad scale so it is pertinent to everyone.
Anderson has served as executive director of Inspiration Point Christian Camp and Retreat Center at Clitherall, Minn., since 1990. He and his wife of 20 years, Janet, have two daughters, Elise, 14 and Kara, 9.
He currently serves as an elder at the Bethel Lutheran Church in Fergus Falls, Minn., and is the chair-elect for the board of directors of the Christian Camp and Conference Association. A graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn., with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in German education and business administration, he speaks around the country at churches, camps and conferences on the topics of leadership and ministry to children, youth and families. Parents of children of all ages are encouraged to attend.
A nursery is provided for kids through age 8.
